		The Nebula emulator, capable of emulating encrypted CPS2 Capcom Games.

Just place your ROM .zip files in the ./roms directory and the associated .dat files in the ./romdata and cheat/reagon .dat in ./cheats.

Note: Some ROMS are distributed in two seperate ZIP files - one containing the actual rom dump and one with the encryption files.  If you don't have the encryption files Nebula will hit an error saying they are required.  If you get that then look at the place where you got the origional ZIP for an archive of a similar name to the missing files.
